Sweat Concept One has leased 2,210 sqm at The Light One mixed-use project, developed by River Development in Bucharest. The new tenant will take over the space this month and will open a wellness center in March. The Light is designed based on a mixed-use concept which will include three office buildings, totaling 94,834 sqm of leasable space, as well as a residential complex, offering 196 apartments.
