The office and retail property, located at der Lietzenburger Strasse 75, offers 3,243 sqm of total space. The ground floor is occupied by various retailers, while the offices on five floors range from 150 sqm to 351 sqm. The building also features 18 underground and 17 outdoor parking places. The transaction was brokered by Corpus Sireo. Colliers International advised the seller.
