The newly launched German fund company by Swiss Life Asset Managers’ Swiss Life KVG has appointed Ingo Hartlief Frics, Christine Bernhofer, Klaus Speitmann, Walter Seul and Kevin Julian Fuhr to its management team. Swiss Life KVG will focus on launching real estate investment funds for private and institutional investors. Since launching in November, the company has set up four real estate investment funds as well as three special funds, including the open public real estate fund Swiss Life Living + Working, which focuses on German and European real estate opportunities. Sales will launch this year.
