The Slovak-based Trend Reality writes that Swiss Re has cancelled its prelease in Twin City, which HB Reavis is building at Bratislava Mlýnské Nivy. The anchor tenant of one of the three buildings in the project, still under construction, signed a ten years contract to lease 14,200 sqm with the option for another 6,300 sqm of expansion space. The Swiss insurance company was supposed to relocate from its current address in CBC on Karadžičova street in 2017, but changed its mind, according to Trend, when it found that the developer plans to build another office tower next to the building instead of a green park. PwC Slovensko is another tenant in Twin City, operating in the first building since the end of last year. The Slovak Business Agency has taken 3,445 sqm with an option for expansion.
