Sygnity, one of the leading IT service providers on the Polish market, signed a five-year lease on 5,500 sqm at Royal Wilan贸w, currently under development by Capital Park in Warsaw. The WSE-listed company will move into space on the office building鈥檚 third and fourth floors in January 2016. Knight Frank represented the tenant.
The five-story Royal Wilan贸w will add nearly 30,000 sqm of lettable space to Warsaw鈥檚 Wilan贸w district. JEMS Architekci designed the scheme. Construction is set for completion in August. The investor has already secured a BREEAM certificate for the project.
