Symphony Solutions has leased 850 sqm of office space at the Principio office building in Kraków. The international tech company was represented by Savills during the lease process, while the landlord was advised by Knight Frank. The tenant will relocate to its new office in May. Principio is a class A office building located on Armii Krajowej street and offers 10,700 sqm of office space. The investment, developed by Ekopark, was completed in November 2017.
