The logistics service provider syncreon Deutschland GmbH has leased 14,755 sqm of warehouse space, along with 1,416 sqm of offices and 2,026 sqm of outside storage space in a logistics building planned for construction in Neu Wulmsdorf-Mienenbüttel. The space in the VGP Park Hamburg will be built to suit for the tenant, which will use it beginning in spring 2015 in the shipment of automobile parts. The whole project will offer 275,000 sqm of warehouse space.
