Synergon Information Systems Plc, a Hungarian leading solution provider company has established a new subsidiary in Sofia, Bulgaria. After the success of the company’s Czech branch, the company’s 2012 strategy consists of establishing more and more subsidiaries, in order to gain bigger influence on foreign markets. Conversely, the main task of the new Synergon Invest Bulgaria EOOD is to create relationships with other Bulgarian companies. Synergon Bulgaria is led by ex vice-president Attila Dobos and Levente Zsolt Sipos.
