Synergy Group started its own residential project, Escape Residence, in the northern part of Bucharest, on Străulești Road no. 29A.
The works are in an advanced stage of execution and will be completed in the second half of this year, following a total investment that will exceed EUR 16 million.
The residential complex will comprise 155 apartments with studio units, two, three and four rooms, served by 159 parking spaces and additional storage spaces, both underground and above ground. For clients who spend more and more time in their own home, two-bedroom apartments plus an office have been designed, as well as apartments that benefit from generous gardens or terraces.
