System Transport has leased 4,400 sqm at Panattoni Park Poznan VI in Koninko near Poznań. Axi Immo represented the tenant during the lease process. Panattoni Park Poznan VI includes two warehouse buildings with a total area of 31,369 sqm equipped with unloading docks and entry gate. Tenants have spacious maneuvering areas and additional parking spaces at their disposal. “Poland is a key location in the supply chain organization between the markets of Western and Eastern Europe, which is why we needed a space that would create the right conditions for the company’s expansion, development of cooperation with current and future clients. We decided to locate in the Panattoni Park Poznan VI park due to the high quality of the warehouse space, the functionality of the facility and the perfect location,” said Rafał Jabłoński, CEO of System Transport.
