Systemax, one of the largest computer suppliers in Europe, will open a new Budapest center where it will serve customers from the European, Middle Eastern and African markets. Systemax is a Fortune 1000 company, selling personal computers, notebooks, computer-related accessories, technology supplies and other industrial products. The new Hungarian center will oversee administrative and back office operations.
The center is scheduled to open this spring and is expected to add 200 jobs to the local market. Systemax said it chose Hungary for its new center because of its location, good infrastructure and well-trained workforce.
