Talyo. Property Services GmbH, a subsidiary of Tattersall Lorenz Immobilienverwaltung und -management GmbH focusing exclusively on residential property management, has received instructions from Deutsche Asset One for the management of 28 properties. This means that the companies are significantly expanding their collaboration. Since last year, Talyo has been responsible for the technical and commercial property management, as well as letting, of a portfolio of 2,000 residential units in the federal capital, Berlin.
The properties in the new instruction are situated in in Berlin and the surrounding area. They include around 900 traditional residential apartments and 109 commercial units.
Sophie Dumbuya, key account manager in charge of the portfolio at Talyo, comments: “We are pleased and motivated by the extension of our mandate by Deutsche Asset One GmbH. It shows that our performance to date has been appreciated and that people have confidence in us. In the interest of the owners and also the residents in the properties, we want to continue to realise and expand our high quality standards.”
Talyo plans to expand its portfolio of properties under management to around 20 to 25,000 residential units throughout Germany by 2025. As well as traditional rental apartments, this will include apartments in the ‘Student housing’ and ‘Serviced apartments’ segments.
