Tampa based real estate investment trust Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT II inc has purchased the Bayler Surgical Hospital and the Baylor Surgical Integrated Medical facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Also acquired in the deal was the New England Sinai Medical Center in Stoughton Mass. The total net rentable areas of the three assets included in the deal is 272,476 square feet on over 33 acres of land. All three facilities are fully-leased.
