Forte Partners announces that the Tandem Building obtained the BREEAM Outstanding certification, with a score of 87.1. The entire portfolio of projects completed and inaugurated during the last two years – Tandem, Millo Offices and U•Center phase 1 – are BREEAM or LEED v4 certified, fully leased, and 100 percent powered with electricity from renewable sources.
“Obtaining the BREEAM Outstanding certification for the Tandem building completes the certifications obtained by the office projects we developed and attests to our concern and commitment to sustainable development, designed around the well-being of the employees of the tenant companies and the local community,” said Geo Mărgescu, CEO and co-founder of Forte Partners. “In the development of all our projects, we focus on energy efficiency, safety, functionality, architecture, air quality and the way natural light is used, both in the workspaces and in the indoor and outdoor common areas,” he added.
