Targban, a Polish importer and distributor of fruits and vegetables, has extended its lease at Ożarów I Logistics Centre. Cresa Poland represented the tenant during the lease extension. “Our growing client base includes the largest Polish and European retailers and leading local wholesalers. We appreciate Ożarów for its central location and very good transport connections with our key regional markets across Poland,” said Rafał Bury of Targban. Ożarów I Logistics Centre is located 19 km from the Warsaw city center. Targban occupies more than 3,250 sqm of warehouse and office space. The scheme is owned by CBRE Global Investors.
