Tattersall·Lorenz has been instructed by Hamburg Trust to carry out the property management of the “me and all hotel mainz”, operated by Lindner Hotels AG. It’s the company’s tenth property management contract in Germany. The 162-room hotel was opened in 2018 and includes a board room for meetings, a sports and spa area and a hotel shop. The property will be managed from Tattersall·Lorenz’s Frankfurt office. The company also manages the Holiday Inn Express Berlin (Alexanderplatz), Hampton by Hilton Berlin, Melia Berlin (Friedrichstrasse), Holiday Inn Express Dresden, Super 8 Hotel Dresden, Holiday Inn Frankfurt, Holiday Inn & Super 8 Hamburg and the Super 8 Hotel Oberhausen. Tattersall·Lorenz manages these properties on behalf of Union Investment.
Tattersall·Lorenz has offices in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Hanover, Dusseldorf and Stuttgart from which it manages a total of 414 properties totalling 3.4 million square metres. This includes logistics, light industrial, office, retail and hotel assets.
