Taurus US Logistics Fund I, part of Taurus Investment Holdings, has closed on the purchase of a portfolio of five logistics properties for a total of $150 million. The assets, which total over 2.724 million square, are are located in Atlanta, Greater Providence, and in Memphis. Anchor tenants include Staples, Accredo Health, Lotus & Windoware, Inc., Siligan Holdings, and Peco Pallet which account for 44.4 percent of the occupancy levels within the assets. At the time of the sale the industrial property’s occupancy was 93.5 percent. “We are excited have made the first investment of the fund. This closing is a great step forward in executing our strategy focusing on logistics properties in the United States.
