Two Naples-area apartment complexes totaling 504 units have been sold for $58 million to Minnesota-based TE Miller Development LLC. The first complex, the Oasis, was built in 1991 at 2277 Arbour Walk Circle in North Naples with 216 units while the second property, the 288 unit Coral Palms, is positioned at 4539 Coral Palms Lane in Golden Gate. The purchase marks the first for the company in Florida, while most of its 1,800 unit portfolio is based in Minnesota.
