Teatr Rozmaitosci has received a building permit. The investment will be located in the Warsaw’s city center, next to the Palace of Science and Culture and together with the Modern Art Museum will make up a two-building complex. The main stage will cover seating for 700 people, while the smaller stage will seat 150. The project was designed by New York architectural studio Thomas Phifer and Partners with PA Wojciechowski and Buro Happold. The investment is being financed from the city budget and part of the financial plan for 2017-2025.
