Tebodin Romania Consultants & Engineers leased 350 sqm at Swan Office & Technology Park in Bucharest.
The office park, a €50m investment by Chayton Capital LLP, opened in Q2 2011. The property has a total area of 29,124 sqm and is currently 20 percent occupied.
In addition to Tebodin Romania Consultants & Engineers, the tenant list also includes Flanco and Emag. Colliers is a leasing agent for the project.
