TechVentures Bank, the former Romanian Railway Bank, will move its offices to the One Herăstrău Office building in Bucharest, developed by One United Properties portfolio. The bank now has as shareholders Vasile Olimpiu Balaș (64.6 percent), Tech Ventures Capital AFIA, an alternative investment fund management company (9.5 percent), Tristar TRISTAR (18.5 percent) and Atelierele CFR GRIVIȚA ( 7.4 percent).
Romanian Railway Bank, founded in 2009, is one of the smallest banks in Romania, with assets of only RON 463 million at the end of last year, decreasing from RON 554 million in 2018 and RON 574 million in 2017.
