Tecklenburg is set to build a new neighborhood quarter in Gerresheim-Düsseldorf. The mixed-use project will go up on a 9,000 sqm plot, located at Heyesstrasse 179, which Tecklenburg recently acquired. The scheme will feature residential and commercial units, including a hotel, offices and retail store. Costs are estimated at €30m. Construction is set to begin next spring, with completion scheduled for 2019.
