The Polish company Telbridge, a sales process outsourcing specialist, has leased 640 sqm of CSDA Siriului office building. The building was developed by Primavera Development in Northern Bucharest and is financed from European funds. JLL brokered the lease.
Construction began in the first quarter of last year, with completion of the 3,500 sqm GLA building expected this April 2013. Primavera Development has completed other projects in Romania such as S-Park, Dem. Dobrescu, EOS Business Park, Frumoasa 30, La Mesteceni and Sisesti Residence.
