The Swedish company Tele2 AB has sold its Croatian business to United Group, with the transaction price recorded at €220m. The deal is currently awaiting approvals from all the required regulatory bodies, but it should go through by the end of the year. Perella Weinberg Partners was the financial advisor to Tele2. The United Group, based in Amsterdam, is the leading connectivity and media provider in SEE with network coverage in the region of 3.82 million subscribers.
