Telekom Romania Communications is auctioning a package of 24 real estate properties. Bidding will start at €26.3m. Interested bidders have until July 16 to submit an offer. The buildings are located in Bucharest, Bacau, Constanta, Oradea, Ploiesti, Ramnicu Valcea, Sibiu and Timisoara. The auction is part of the company’s strategy to capitalize on its real estate assets. The proceeds will fund Telekom operations.
