Telekom Romania Mobile Communications, rented 4,500 sqm of offices in the @Expo project developed by the Belgians from Atenor near Romexpo, according to the data of the real estate consulting company Knight Frank.
“The @Expo project meets the company’s requirements for a new beginning. The space will be one for work, meetings and networking and will support the development of innovation”, said Nicolas Mahler, CFO Telekom Romania.
With the new contract, Atenor reached a total of 10,000 sqm of rented offices, over 50 percent of the first phase of the project.
