ABN Systems International, which owns the Tellur brand, has leased 3,000 sqm at the Otter Distribution warehouse in western Bucharest. The transaction was brokered by Dunwell. The industrial real estate consultancy agency said it has seen an uptick in companies relocating from older spaces to modern storage units, which help them perform more efficiently and offer them greater security as well as future development opportunities.
