Telus, an outsourcing service provider, has leased 6,000 sqm over five floors at AFI Park 3. The company plans to move its headquarters to the Bucharest building in early 2015. Telus will pay about €1m a year for the space, according to news outlets, however the company has not confirmed these reports. That the deal concluded, AFI Park 3 is now 100 percent occupied, according to David Hay, CEO of AFI Europe Romania.
