Building materials distributor Temad is investing EUR 5 million in a 7,000 sqm logistics centre to be ready in 2025.
Temad ended 2023 with a 2 percent increase in turnover compared to the previous year, reaching EUR 48.5 million. The company had 256 employees at the beginning of this year, eight more than at the end of 2022.
“It has been quite a tough year, given the uncertainty of the markets in which we operate. The general atmosphere has been good, but some tensions are being felt by our partners, caused largely by the decrease in purchasing power and the reduction in real estate investments,” says Octavian Madar, business development manager at Temad.
