Two international companies expanded their leased area at the Arena Corner office building, taking 2,350 sqm in total. One tenant is a multinational IT company, while the other is a transnational bank. Their names were not released. The 8-story building was purchased by Orco Property Group in 2007. Orco Property is an important player on the Budapest real estate market, as it has several investments on the Hungarian office and hotel markets.
