The first tenants have moved into Skanska’s Green Tower A building in this month, following the issuing of an occupancy permit at the end of March. Ernst & Young and the online shopping provider Allegro opened their offices in the project’s first phase. “EY Global Services is relocating its operations in Wrocław, where the company’s European shared service hub is based, from Grunwaldzki Center, where we had our offices since April 2011,” said Dariusz Sus, Chief Operating Officer at EY Global Services. The Green Tower project will provide 23,300 sqm of high-quality space after completion, with the deadline for the second phase of the complex scheduled for 2013.
