Akademika 2011 has announced a tender for the design, construction and supervision for the modernization of the Winter Palace of Sports in Sofia. The project is expected to be worth €14.9 m. Bidders need to demonstrate experience in construction projects and completion of a similar project within the last five years. Work should begin this spring and be completed within 12 months.
