State owned MH Invest launched a tender to choose construction supervisor for the Strategic industrial park Nitra in Slovakia, where Jaguar Land Rover plans to build its new manufacturing plant. MH Invest will sign a three-year contract with the winner worth an estimated €1.1m. Strabag Pozemné a inžinierske staviteľstvo is the general contractor of the Strategic park Nitra, after offering the lowest price (€123.1m) among four bidders. The price the investor had estimated was €135m.
