The Czech P3 development team has a new member. Tereza Nešlehová, who came from Cushman & Wakefield, joined him in June.
Investor, owner, landlord and industrial property manager P3 Logistic Parks continues to expand its expert team. At the beginning of this year, the separate leasing and development divisions separated so that they could focus even more on their own activities. In the search for new talent, the bet on both teams with experienced experience on the part of agents paid off in both teams. “Based on my own experience, I can confirm that previous experience with an agency providing services in the field of commercial real estate is an advantage for our work,” says Aleš Zacha, Head of Development P3 in the Czech Republic.
Tereza Nešlehová joins P3 after almost five years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she left the position of Senior Consultant. In the P3 Development Team, he will be in charge of finding new opportunities and especially the development of the park in Ostrava and Myslinka near Pilsen.
