Terg S.A., the owner of Media Expert stores, has leased 1,800 sqm of logistics and office space at Prologis Park Poznań III. Cushman & Wakefield advised the tenant during the lease process. Prologis Park Poznań III offers 13,000 sqm with the possibility to develop an additional 46,000 sqm. The buildable space is permitted to accommodate distribution centers, production facilities and offices. The developer and owner of the project is Prologis.
