Resource Square One and Three, a two-building, class A office portfolio, has been sold for $39.13m to an affiliate of TerraCap Management. Totaling 244,549 sq ft, the buildings are located in Orlando’s Central Florida Research Park. Adjacent to the University of Central Florida, Resource Square One offers 91,667 sq ft on three floors. It was built in 1999. Resource Square Three offers 152,882 sq ft on five floors. It was built in 2003. The office buildings are currently 85 percent leased to tenants including General Dynamics, AVNET, Cisco Systems and Raytheon. Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller.
