The Berlin-based developer Terragon has announced details of its project in Dörpfeldstraße 1, 3 and 5 in Berlin-Adlershof, Treptow-Köpenick district. All 173 apartments, ranging in size from 29 sqm and 74 sqm, have been sold. During the first part of the project, most of the commercial space has also already been sold, but 992 sqm is still available. In all, the project has resulted so far in sales of €25m. Terragon also announced its intention to re-enter the nursing home development market. It has projects in Berlin, Dresden and Munich in planning. Under preparation are currently development projects in the field of barrier-free living, assisted living and nursing homes in Berlin, Dresden and Munich.
