San Francisco-based Terreno Realty Corporation has closed on the $20.3 million disposition of an industrial property located in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Located on a 7.7 acre site at 1000 Hampton Park Boulevard, the 139,000 square foot building was 44 percent leased to one tenant at the time of the sale. Terreno Realty bought the asset in May of 2014 for $18.1 million and realized an unleveraged internal rate of return of approximately 6.9 percent.
