The Terreno Realty Corporation, based in San Francisco, has disposed of an industrial property in Jessup, Maryland in a $11.5 million transaction. The distribution building contains approximately 135,000 square feet on Dorsey Run Road which is 44 percent leased to one tenant. Terreno Realty acquired the asset in 2011 for $5.8 million. The estimated unleveraged internal rate of return generated by the investment was approximately 11.9 percent.
