The US based automotive company Tesla will open a dealership for its cars in Budapest. The electric car specialist will be selling from a showroom located near the Petofi Bridge and is expected to offer servicing as well. Customers are already being invited to sign up for test drives on the company’s web site. Universal Leasing Kft is the owner of the dealership and it’s the same company that covers Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Currently, Hungarians interested in the brand have to travel to Vienna to see them. Tesla says its cheapest car, the Model 3, will arrive in Europe in March.
