ING Real Estate Finance has granted a bilateral five-year loan of €53.2m in a refinancing deal with Testa Inmuebles en Renta S.A. and its subsidiary Testa Residencial S.L. The loan has a 38-percent LTV. The loan will be used to refinance four residential assets offering 650 units in Madrid. ING acted as the sole lender in the transaction process.
