Cluj County Council Chairman Horia Uioreanu signed the construction permit for Tetarom Industrial Park IV. The project will cover 86 ha. Construction is expected to take 20 months and the costs are estimated at RON 36.4m. The first stage of construction will focus on the project’s foundation and roads. Tetarom IV will include a warehouse and an office building. The project will be financed by EU funds and the county budget.
