TF Final Mile, an operating group of TFI International, has extended its lease of a 74,368 square foot warehouse/distribution center in Teterboro, New Jersey. TFI International Inc. is a North American leader in the transportation and logistics industry, operating across the United States, Canada and Mexico. The company is publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: TFII) and the OTCQX marketplace in the U.S. (OTCQX: TFIFF). Colliers International Group represented tenant during the course of the transaction while Cushman & Wakefield served as landlord broker.
