The Ostrava-based company TGS Service is planning the construction of a 7-storey office building called Element Office. The building will be located near the city’s main train station near the Olomouc Regional Center building. The project includes a small amount of retail space and has been designed with a single underground level. In all, 5,000 sqm of office will be created along with 145 new parking places. If construction were to start this year, writes CTK, it could be completed in 2017, but the building does not yet meet the city’s new master plan that was approved last fall.
