TIAA Henderson Real Estate and Palmira Capital Partners have purchased a newly built logistics project in Mannheim from Diringer & Scheidel. The asset will be part of the start-up portfolio for the Investoren-Club-Fonds German Logistics. The price of the deal was not revealed. The logistics complex was completed in September and is used by Deutsche Post DHL as a mechanized distribution center. The investment offers 6,400 sqm, including a hall, social and office space.
