The 468 unit Laurels at Jacaranda Apartments has been acquired by TH Real Estate in a $93 million deal. Located at 9733 N.W. 7th Circle Plantation in Plantation, the property changed hands for just under $198,720 per unit. The New York-based investor also assumed a $36 million Fannie Mae loan as part of the deal. The seller, Gateway Windsor, managed by RREEF America in Chicago, bought the asset in 1999 for $14.3 million.
