In a transaction closed by The Advisers/Knight Frank consultants in November, the automotive company took on a new space for their operations in Bucharest, with a total surface of 400 sq m on the 9th floor of Global City (51,000 sq m GLA), located in Pipera area.

Pipera submarket hosts the headquarters of other companies in the automotive industry such as Ford, Porsche Romania and Renault Technologie Roumanie. The automotive sector has recorded approximately 8.5% of the total take-up in Bucharest up to the present moment this year, a significant increase compared to last years.
