Prices for Bucharest apartments have shown little movement over the first four months of 2012.
A 2-3 percent drop was reported for studio and two-room apartments, while three and four-room apartment prices grew slightly, according to anunturiparticulari.ro. The average price for studio apartments in April was around €36,000, three percent less than last year but not significantly different than March.
Two-room apartments also remain at around €56,000, which is 2 percent less than in April last year, but is the same as in March.
For a three-room apartment, prices are €79,400 on average, slightly higher than the previous month and only 2 percent less than April last year or the beginning of 2012.
For four-room apartments the average price in April was around €104,900, similar to April last year and about 4 percent higher than in March this year.
