The average price in the Romanian residential sector could increase this year by 5-10 percent, the key factors influencing the market being accessibility, employment rate and interest rate, according to a study conducted by RE / MAX Romania.
According to the quoted source, at the level of the previous year, the average selling price for single-family houses was EUR 182,500 in urban areas and EUR 116,250 in rural areas.
