Brothers Călin and Gheorghiță Bultoc, the owners of the Meridian group, including the Meridian Taxi taxi service, are preparing a residential complex with 138 apartments, located behind CET Progresu in the south of Bucharest.
The Bultoc brothers own a plot of 6,000 sqm on which they want to build a block with two stairs that will consist of 52 apartments with three rooms, 74 with two rooms and 12 with one room. The project provides 56 parking spaces in the basement and 96 on the ground, plus green spaces on 1,500 sqm. The construction cost of the project is estimated at EUR 7.3 million.
